Kenn Fischburg took over a small distribution company at just 24 years old. His top line Objective: win new customers and expand existing. The Goal was: growth of 15% per year. His unique Strategy: helping customers reduce costs by consolidating their procurement process for hundreds of industrial supplies down to just one supplier, us. His Target Market: industrial manufacturers that wish to streamline their procurement process.

What he did not realize was that he had a plan based on instincts and survival.

As his company grew, he learned to document the business plan and share it with the employees and the financial institutions. He named it Singular Vision. Everyone in the company was given the plan and soon everyone was cheering when the company hit the goals and everyone got a bonus.

In 2001, Kenn launched the groundbreaking ecommerce website called SuperSupplies.com to help customers place orders more efficiently. From there he developed and trademarked Lean Procurement, the strategy to help customers streamline their procurement process. Always focused on helping customers reduce costs.

The Singular Vision business plan evolved into a rich document that described who we are, where we are going and how we will get there. It communicated the corporate culture of employee respect and collaboration. The format can be used by any business.

In 2005, Kenn was awarded a US Business Method Patent for using the internet as a solution to streamline the procurement process. Kenn believes in Intellectual Property as a tactic used to identify a creative business. He understands the process of securing intellectual property and the enforcement necessary to protect against infringers.

Tomorrow Comes Today is a registered trademark of Kenn's. Always thinking ahead.

Kenn's sold his company to a larger competitor. That was his plan.
